- Rental History & Credit: Evaluated through third-party screening.
- Automatic Denial: Evictions and derogatory credit reports may affect eligibility.
- First-Time Renters: Welcome to apply, provided all requirements are met.
- Criminal History: Arrests not resulting in a conviction, expunged or sealed records, and juvenile records are not considered in our screening process, per California law. Criminal background information is reviewed consistently and in a non-discriminatory manner.
